One of the new features, at the Carroll County Fair

One of the new features, at the Carroll County Fair that we really like, are the American flags that line the pedestrian walkway from the parking. And every time we walk up the walkway, Caroline stops to stand and straighten each flag. She's a keeper. 4Aug2017
