Obituary for Paul William Leister, Sr., 76, of Westminster

He was born on May 22, 1939 in Westminster and was the son
of the late Dorothy Beulah Leister (nee Arnold) and William Dietz Leister.
Paul attended Westminster High School and was part of the
class of 1957.
He was a lifelong farmer and collector of agricultural
equipment, parts, and tractors. He also was the honorary director of the Mason
Dixon Historic Society. As well as a member of the Blacksmith’s Guild of
Maryland.
Surviving him is son Paul W. Leister, Jr. and his wife Laura
Leister; grandson Ryan Leister; former wife Regenia Woodie Leister; and
companion Barbara Holtzman.
The family will receive friends on Thursday January 21, 2016
at Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Rd., Westminster from 2-4pm
and 6-8pm. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Friday
January 22, 2016 at 10am. Interment to follow in Deer Park Cemetery.
